Berry Ray Sessions of Love County passed away January 14, 2018 at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 70 years, 10 months, and 11 days.
Berry was born on March 2, 1947 in Duncan, Oklahoma to the late BP Sessions and Pearl (Dodd) Sessions. He married Oleta Jackson on July 7, 1973 in Oklahoma City, OK.
Berry attended The Classen High School in Oklahoma City. He later attended Oklahoma State University and UCO where he received a degree in Political Science. He was a Certified State Mediator for the state of Oklahoma. Berry was also self-employed in sales.
Berry was raised in Oklahoma City and lived most of his life in Southern Oklahoma. He was of the Southern Baptist faith. He was a member of the Optimist Club. He enjoyed gardening and most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his grandson, Zane. Zane was his pride and joy and he spent a lot of his time gardening with him.

He also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services to honor his life will be Friday, January 19, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ in Ringling, Oklahoma with Reverend Paul Jackson officiating. Internment will follow at Ringling Memorial Cemetery. Casket Bearers are Matt Sessions, Clae Sessions, Reid Sessions, Dusty Burkhart, Ricky Turner, Larry Mitchell, and Blake Hartwell. Honorary Casket Bearers are Howard Worley, Bob Earl Stewart, Tosh Murchinson, Smith Murchinson, Sam Barrick, Aaron Tabor and Jimmy Adams.
The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6-8 pm at the Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ in Ringling.
