Carol Ann Doster of Tishomingo was born on January 27, 1974 in Garland, TX to the late Roy Benton Terry and Rosie Miller Pruitt. She passed away on December 18, 2014 at the Mercy Hospital in Tishomingo at the age of 40 years. Carol attended high school at Naaman Force High School in Garland, TX. Carol married Jim Doster in 2013 at the Ravia Baptist Church and she was of the Baptist faith and was a member at Bullard Chapel Baptist Church east of Tishomingo where she enjoyed attending church. Carol moved to Tishomingo from Wylie, TX where she lived the remainder of her life. She was great helper and would help anyone who needed her help. Carol loved to spend time with her family and loved her kids. She loved to call her family on the phone especially her sister on daily basis to check on them and she also loved to watch T.V. Carol is survived by her husband Jim of the home, her mother, Rosie Pruitt of Wylie, TX, 2 sons, Adam & wife Terisa Doster of Wylie, TX & Christopher Doster of Lancaster, TX, 2 brothers, Roy Benton Terry JR. of Wylie, TX, Randy Terry & wife Charity of Lancaster, TX, 5 sisters, Lucille & David Owens of Wylie, TX, Rennie Pruitt of Dallas, TX, Angelitta & Michael Zitterich of Forney, TX, Ivey & Scott Martin of Greenville, TX, Betty White of Athens, TX. She is also survived by 1 wonderful Granddaughter, Ashley Kelly. Carol was also a survivor of cancer and the family has asked that if you would like you may make donations to the American Cancer Society in her memory. Funeral services will be held on Monday December 22 at 2pm at Bullard Chapel Baptist Church east of Tishomingo with Rev. Roger Hartwell officiating. Cremation will follow after the services.
