Henry Frederick Keiner of Hugo was born on November 11, 1940 in Murray County, OK to the late Henry Herman and Ivy Gertru Miller. He passed from this life on December 28 at the St. Anthony's Hospital in Shawnee at the age of 74 years. Henry grew up in the Garvin County area and went to high school at Wyneewood High School and later join the United States Army where he attended high school and received his high school diploma. He served his country faithfully for 6 1/2 years from 1959 until  1965 and received a Honorable Discharge. Henry was a heavy equipment operator by trade and worked at numerous big name construction companies throughout his career. His family says they will always remember him going to the coffee shop and visiting with his buddies and before he retired he would go and pick up all of his friends and they go to work together. His children all agree that he was a loving and caring dad and nobody could have asked for a better father than the one that God had blessed them with. Henry also loved his horses. Henry married Barbara Trammell many years ago and she stood by his side in faith and love for their entire marriage and she survives him of the home. He is also survived by 6 sons, Henry Frederick Keiner and wife Karen, Terry Keiner and wife Faith of Montana, Monte Keiner and wife Sheila of Pink, OK, Quitin Keiner of Valdosta, GA, Mark Keiner and wife Crystal of Pauls Valley, OK, and Donavan Keiner and wife Tina of Earlsboro, OK. Henry is also survived by 1 daughter Barbara W. Keiner of Seminole. Henry also leaves behind 25 wonderful grandchildren, Joe, Misty, Henry III, Cody, Catie, Kristen, Lorin, Monte Jr., Nial, Alicia, Amber, Nichole, Fredia, "JJ", Shaylie, Shaun, Quintin Jr., Cheyanne, Dustin, Tyler, Sarah, Lee, Stormi, Stephanie, and "DJ" He is also survived numerous Great-Grandchildren & Great-Great Grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday December 31 at 2pm in the Wyneewood Cemetery with Rev. Roger Hartwell officiating. Services under the direction of Tishomingo Funeral Home 705 North Kemp The family has asked that if you would like to make a donation in lieu of flowers please make it to the Disabled American Veterans.
