Kathleen Jo Golden

Kathleen Jo Golden, 62, of Tishomingo, Oklahoma, passed away on February 3, 2024. She was born on March 13, 1961, in Gary, Indiana, to the late Anthony and Myra Gallagher.

Kathleen, known to her loved ones as Kathy, had a vivacious personality and a love for life. She was born and raised in Gary, Indiana, and carried the spirit of the Midwest with her throughout her life. Kathy was a self-employed beautician, using her skills to help others feel their best. She attended cosmetology school and honed her craft, becoming a talented professional in the field.

In her free time, Kathy enjoyed being a devoted mother and grandmother. Her family meant the world to her, and she cherished every moment spent with them. She had a passion for fishing and camping, finding solace in the great outdoors. Kathy was also an avid fan of crime shows and had an extensive collection of shoes, showcasing her unique style.

Kathy is survived by her loving son Gary Golden Jr and wife Mabel along with their son Kai her grandson, and three daughters Heather Kristine Gonzalez, Sarah Kay Taylor and Jennifer Lee Crawford.  Also, she left behind her sisters, Caroline Gallagher and Laurie Gallagher, and brothers, Michael Gallagher, Tim Gallagher, Terry Gallagher, Shawn Gallagher, and. She is also survived by her special friend, J.D. Reeder. Kathy leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members who will cherish her memory.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Myra Gallagher, her sister Kelly Ann Gallagher, her brother Anthony Gallagher Jr., and her nephew Christopher Gallagher and niece Haley Gallagher.

Kathy's warm smile, loving heart, and vibrant spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her legacy of love and kindness will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
