Janice "Kay" Gray, 73, of Ardmore, OK passed away on September 14, 2019 at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Kay was born on March 5, 1946 to John Downey Landrum and Nelda Beatrice (Liles) Landrum in Ardmore, OK.
Kay worked many different types of jobs ranging from a florist to real estate. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts, reading, and painting. Kay enjoyed helping during Vacation Bible School at her church and would even go to other churches and help with crafts during VBS. She was a member of the Miniature Club, Ardmore Beautification Project, and helped to get funding for the Ardmore Higher Education Center when it first began. Kay initiated the Catfish Festival in Mannsville, Ok and was also a member of the Mannsville Chamber of Commerce.

A memorial service will be on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 2 pm at the Ravia Baptist Church in Ravia, Ok. with Reverend Roger Hartwell officiating.
The family will also be hosting a remembrance gathering on October 12, 2019 at the Lile's Pavillion at Elephant Rock at Lake Murray State Park. It will begin on Saturday at sun up to sundown. Bring your tents and spend the weekend sitting around the fire and reminiscing on Kay's life and telling stories. Come prepared to laugh, cry, and get together with family.
