Danny Leon Hunkapillar, 58 passed from this life on January 31, 2023 at his home in Milburn. He was born on January 23rd, 1965 in De Queen, Arkansas to Leonard Leon Hunkapillar and Iris Faye Hunkapillar.
Danny was raised in Tishomingo. He enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. He was an avid fisherman and hunter along with being a skilled carpenter. Danny was known by many for his excellent carpentry skills and he took pride in his work. He was self-employed and owned Hunkapillar Construction.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Patricia Studdard.
He leaves to forever cherish his memory, son, Zachary Hunkapillar of Pottsboro, Tx; sister, Brenda McDaniel of Edmond, Ok; granddaughter, Zyla Quin Hunkapillar; seven nieces and nephews along with a host of other family members and friends.
Services to honor and celebrate the life of Danny Hunkapillar will be Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 2 pm in the Minnie Hartwell Memorial Chapel at Hartwell Funeral Home.
