Kevin Jay Peden

Kevin Jay Peden was born May 7, 1960 in Tishomingo, Ok to Mary Nell (Cornelius) Peden and the late J. D. Peden.  He left this life August 18, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Tishomingo, Oklahoma at the age of 59 years, 3 months, and 11 days.  

Kevin made Ravia his home for most of his life except for a few years in California and later in Yukon, Ok.  He worked as a mechanic most of his life. Kevin was of the Church of God faith and loved the Lord.

He was preceded in death by his father, the mother of his sons, Kimberly Ann (Mills) Peden, brother, Randy Mack Peden and sister, Marsha Jane Blakemore.

Kevin leaves behind to forever cherish his memory:

Sisters:                                            Judi Bracken and husband, Bodie of Stillwater, Ok.

                                                         Clarissa West of Tishomingo, Ok.

Sister-in-Law:                                  Paula Peden

Kevin is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Serving as pall bearers will be Scott Mayes, Dodie Nanney, Allen Mayes, Merle Peden, Bodie Bracken, and Bralynn Culp.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at 11:00 am at Ravia Cemetery with Rev. Lynn Gibson officiating.  There will be a time of visitation Tuesday, August 20, 2019 from 12 pm to 5 pm at the funeral home.  Services are under the care and direction of Tishomingo Funeral Home.  Online condolences may be made at tishomingofuneralhome.com.
