Gary Wayne McGinnis of Tishomingo passed from this life on Monday June 12, 2017 at the Blue River Health Care Facility in Tishomingo at the age of 66 years. Gary was born on September 10, 1950 in Indianapolis, IN to John McGinnis & the late Dorothy (Holland) McGinnis. At the age of 32 Gary moved to Johnston County where he lived the remainder of his life. Gary worked as a heavy machine operator for the Unimen Plant north of Ravia for over 20 years. Gary also served on the Ravia Volunteer Fire Department for 14 years until an accident forced him to retire. Some of the hobbies that Gary enjoyed were, fishing, hunting, & spending time with his grandkids.
